Job Purpose
The Partnership Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support the company’s business growth, brand visibility, and revenue objectives. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership and sponsorship opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and negotiation plans.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring commercial and operational objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate internally with marketing, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize value.
• Represent the company in meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to build strategic relationships.
• Maintain an updated database of partners, prospects, and partnership activities.
• Support the development of sponsorship packages and partnership campaigns when required.
• Update the CRM system with all details as required .
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Bilingual (ability to read, write & speak Arabic & English)
• Valid Kuwaiti Driving License
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sponsorships, or sales roles.
• Experience in negotiating agreements and managing corporate relationships is preferred.
