Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Facility Management to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing technical teams, ensuring service quality, and maintaining client satisfaction across facility management projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day facility management and maintenance activities.
• Ensure the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor the performance and maintenance of MEP systems and building services.
• Manage technicians, subcontractors, and site resources to achieve operational objectives.
• Conduct routine site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and technical documentation.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address operational requirements and service requests.
• Monitor maintenance costs, materials, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and HSE regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• 5–7 years of Facility Management experience, preferably within school, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, maintenance planning, and facility operations.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• GCC experience, preferably in Oman, is an advantage.
• Valid driving license preferred.
