Job Summary
The Server Assistant supports the Front of House team by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up while assisting with food and beverage service to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Refill water, condiments, and other guest necessities as required.
• Support opening, closing, and side duties assigned by supervisors.
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock of service supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support team members as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service operations.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays during shifts.
