General Description
Join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme supporting critical Oracle ERP initiatives within a complex enterprise environment
.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) expertise to lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation, implementation, enhancement, integration, and modernization programmes.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have successfully delivered large-scale Oracle ERP initiatives, managed cross-functional delivery teams, and worked closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful programme outcomes.
This is a contract engagement with an immediate hiring timeline and full onsite presence in New Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS programmes across multiple business functions
• Manage programme planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Coordinate functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives
• Manage programme schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technology solutions with business objectives
• Oversee vendor management and third-party delivery coordination
• Ensure successful testing, deployment, and transition activities
• Establish programme governance frameworks and reporting structures
• Facilitate executive-level communication and programme status reporting
• Support ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards
Required Experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, ERP Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
