Hiring: Export Sales Manager
Location: Work from home
JCK Coating Industries is seeking an Export Sales Manager to support the growth of its international business.
We are a manufacturer and exporter of Paints & Thinner products with established production capabilities and export experience. The role is focused on developing new export markets, identifying and acquiring new customers, and expanding the company's international presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute export sales and market development strategies.
• Identify and acquire new distributors, importers.
• Develop business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and manage the sales process from inquiry to order closure.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or International Marketing.
• Experience in paints, coatings, chemicals, solvents, thinners, resins, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and acquire customers in international markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
