About the Role
We are looking for high-performing Online Marketing Management Specialist to own and scale our digital presence. This role combines strategy, execution, analytics, and customer interaction across social platforms and local listings. You will directly impact how customers discover, perceive, and engage with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and other local listings across multiple locations
Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across platforms and directories
Improve local search visibility and support local SEO best practices
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and messages in a timely, professional manner
Manage social media calendars (postings) across all platforms
Actively engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interaction
Identify relevant trends and opportunities to improve reach and engagement
Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment)
Generate performance reports with insights
Continuously optimize profiles and listings based on data
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting quick service restaurant or hospitality brands
Proven experience in social media and/or online reputation management
Strong understanding of local SEO and listings optimization
Data-driven with experience using analytics tools
Independent, reliable, and deadline-oriented
Preferred Tools & Experience
Google Business Profile, Yelp, Apple Map, Meta Business Suite
Scheduling tools (Recommend)
Analytics tools (Recommend)
