Marketing Manager - B2B & SME Growth

We help UAE small and medium-sized businesses manage their VAT and corporate tax obligations simply and affordably. We're growing fast and need a marketer to help us reach more SME owners across the UAE. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on marketer who knows how to reach and engage business owners. You'll own our marketing activity end-to-end, from planning campaigns to tracking results. You will play a key role in driving customer growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels targeting UAE SMEs

• Create compelling content tailored to business owners and decision-makers - including social posts, email newsletters, blogs, and ads

• Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with a focus on lead generation

• Build and maintain our email marketing and CRM pipeline

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activity with revenue targets

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data

• Identify partnership and co-marketing opportunities with SME-focused communities and associations

• Support brand awareness initiatives across the UAE market

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of marketing experience with a strong preference for B2B or SME-focused roles

• Proven ability to run digital campaigns independently across paid and organic channels

• Strong copywriting skills - able to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging messaging

• Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)

• Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to make decisions

• UAE or GCC market experience preferred

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus

• Fluent in English

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
