About the Role
The HR Business Partner (Omani Talent) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring operational HR excellence for our affiliate. This role will be based in Muscat and will balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with global HR frameworks.
The role requires strong stakeholder management capability, sound knowledge of labor legislation in Oman, and the ability to drive employee engagement, performance culture, and organizational effectiveness. As a trusted advisor to management and employees, the HRBP will champion best HR practices, support change initiatives, and contribute to building a high-performance, compliant, and sustainable work environment.
How You Will Make an Impact
Strategic & Business Partnering
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
• Contribute to headcount planning and manpower cost control.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Provide HR analytics and regular reports to support informed decision-making.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support recruitment activities, and workforce planning.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
• Act as the internal HR focal point by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation management, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Oversee disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policy and local labor regulations, involving the Managing Director when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of employee files in compliance with statutory and internal req
