The Role
The Marketing Officer will support the Marketing department and team members in delivering the marketing strategy for different brands of the company.
The successful applicant will implement strategic marketing plans for the company, including brand awareness, digital platforms, partnerships, creativity and communications. Working closely to activate strategic marketing plans to drive strong ROI and track data analytics to measure performance.
Responsibilities
• Manage company social media accounts and content planning with regular initiatives;
• Create online and printed collaterals in-line with brand standards;
• Be a brand-guardian for the company, ensuring all assets and communication are in-line with brand standards and enforcing brand-alignment with all teams;
• Writing and proofreading creative copy;
• Managing of multimedia content;
• Maintaining social media platforms and tracking data analytics;
• Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns;
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences;
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and strong ROI;
• Prepare monthly reports on Marketing activities with detailed performance statistics;
• Organize and attend events
• Understanding the wider company business and keeping up to date with the commercial strategy and promotions;
• Understand the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Business preferred;
• Minimum 1 - 2 years marketing experience in marketing or hospitality-related business;
• Qualifications in Social Media and Digital Marketing preferred;
• Demonstrates experience of developing marketing plans and campaigns including project management skills, briefing, planning and execution;
