About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect, preferable woman, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics are achieved in line with client requirements and company standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare detailed presentations and proposals for clients.
• Oversee construction progress and provide technical guidance when required.
• Incorporate innovative design solutions while balancing practicality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with over 5-10 years experience
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative vision with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
