Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary & Legal professional to manage corporate secretarial, legal, and compliance functions. The role involves ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements, managing board and statutory documentation, reviewing contracts, supporting legal matters, and providing legal and compliance support to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage corporate secretarial and statutory compliance activities.
• Organize board and committee meetings, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Handle regulatory filings and liaison with relevant authorities.
• Monitor legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, governance, and compliance matters.
• Maintain statutory records, registers, and legal documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 8–10 years of experience in Company Secretarial and Legal functions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Exposure to GCC/Oman regulations will be preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
