Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in the Eastern Region. The BCBA will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide ongoing supervision and training to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and other team members. Responsibilities include data analysis, progress monitoring, modifying interventions as needed, and implementing evidence-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals is essential to ensure consistency across environments and achieve treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure in the state of practice
• Proficient in conducting assessments such as Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong skills in data collection, data analysis, and progress monitoring
• Experience in supervising and training behavior therapists or registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based ABA strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage caseloads
• Experience working with individuals with neurodiverse needs is hig
