Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Specialist located in New Cairo. The Catering Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, coordinating catering orders, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role involves developing catering contracts, promoting services, and collaborating with the operations team to deliver high-quality events. The specialist will also work to achieve sales targets and actively engage in business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Catering Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong background in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring outstanding client experiences
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry and familiarity with service standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in handling event logistics and catering operations is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
