HR Recruiter
Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support and manage recruitment and hiring activities within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding and hiring procedures. The HR Officer will work closely with different departments to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently and professionally while maintaining company policies and HR standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
• Post job vacancies and screen CVs/applications.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews.
• Handle hiring procedures, job offers, and employment contracts.
• Manage onboarding processes for new employees.
• Coordinate with departments regarding hiring needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Applicants should be aged between 25 and 35 years.
