Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Minya, Egypt. As the Owner of Rotaract Nova Friburgo, you will oversee the strategic direction and overall management of the organization. Responsibilities include leading meetings, representing the organization in community interactions, coordinating projects and events, managing resources, and fostering relationships with community and international partners. Additional duties involve ensuring effective communication among members and stakeholders, as well as guiding the overall operational success of the organization.
Qualifications
• Leadership and organizational management experience
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Event planning and project coordination capabilities
• Team collaboration and conflict resolution expertise
• Budget management and strategic planning knowledge
• Passion for community service and social impact
• Previous experience with non-profit organizations or clubs is a plus
• Fluency in English and local language is beneficial
