Role Description
This is a volunteer opportunity for a Health Specialist based on-site in the Makkah Region. The Health Specialist will be responsible for providing general healthcare support, promoting health education, advising on occupational health practices, and fostering strong communication with clients and community members. The role will also involve assisting with customer service-related tasks to ensure individuals receive the necessary care and guidance.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and support their needs.
• Knowledge in Occupational Health and Health Promotion to provide specialized guidance and educational outreach.
• Experience in Medicine to address general health concerns and provide reliable medical advice.
• Compassion, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or English is preferred.
• Relevant certification or experience in health-related fields is an advantage.
