This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, AI and Analytics Sales in Saudi Arabia.
This role is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales leadership position focused on driving new business and expansion across AI, data, and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to contract execution, while engaging senior decision-makers across enterprise organizations. The position requires a strong consultative sales approach, combining deep understanding of data platforms with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value. You will actively shape go-to-market strategies, build trusted executive relationships, and influence adoption of modern AI and analytics solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, partner-driven ecosystem, you will collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to accelerate deal success. This is a highly strategic role for a commercially driven leader passionate about data, AI, and enterprise transformation.
Accountabilities
• Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across AI, analytics, and data platform services.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and manage a robust, predictable pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Develop territory and account strategies to maximize growth opportunities within target industries.
• Lead executive-level client engagements, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, and business case development.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create technically strong and commercially compelling proposals and SOWs.
• Partner with ecosystem vendors such as Databricks and Snowflake to generate co-sell opportunities and joint pipeline.
• Represent the organization at industry event
