Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin Supervisor to manage administrative operations and coordinate with various government entities. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Bahrain regulatory procedures and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all government-related processes and coordination, including:
• LMRA
• GOSI
• EWA
• NBR
• Tamkeen
• Sijilat
• Manage and renew all company agreements, including:
• Lease/rent agreements for branches
• Service contracts and vendor agreements
• Oversee company vehicle management, including registration, renewals, maintenance, and documentation
• Handle and coordinate legal cases, liaising with lawyers and relevant authorities
• Ensure full compliance with Bahrain laws and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all administrative activities
• Support management with reports and administrative planning
Requirements:
• Bahraini National (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in administrative or government relations role
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain government systems and procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple companies and tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Salary:
Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience.
