Job Title: Translation Project Coordinator (Remote)
Industry: Translation / Localization / Content Services
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Translation Project Coordinator to join our team remotely.
This role is for someone with a translation background who also has strong administrative and project coordination skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving project files, organizing workflows, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and supporting translation and proofreading tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and organize incoming translation requests
• Register project details and maintain accurate records
• Assign projects to translators and follow up on progress
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with translators, editors, and project managers
• Translate and proofread selected documents when required
• Maintain organized documentation and project files
• Update internal tracking sheets and project status
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in translation, localization, project coordination, or a related field
• Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role
• Excellent English language skills; Arabic translation and proofreading experience is required
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
