Role Description
The HVAC Senior Technician at Tulip Inn Majan is a full-time, on-site role located in Salalah. This role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. The technician will perform regular preventive maintenance, address plumbing and electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, including EPA regulations. This individual will work closely with the maintenance team to uphold the hotel's operational efficiency and ensure guest comfort.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Plumbing and Electricity operations.
• Familiarity with EPA regulations and ability to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Salalah.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC maintenance or a related field are preferred.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
