Job Description & Summary
ETIC’s rapid growth in headcount, service offerings, and regional footprint has significantly increased the volume and complexity of legal matters across employment, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance. To support this growth and enable timely, risk-informed decision-making, ETIC is establishing an embedded in-house legal function.

The Senior Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and overseeing ETIC’s in-house legal function in order to manage legal risk and ensure alignment with PwC governance and professional standards. The role provides senior-level legal advice across employment, commercial, procurement, and regional expansion matters, acts as ETIC’s primary internal legal advisor, manages external counsel, and escalates strategic or shareholder-level matters to PwC stakeholders as required.

• Lead and oversee ETIC’s in-house legal function, ensuring consistent, high-quality legal support.

• Provide senior legal advice to management on operational, corporate, commercial, and strategic matters.

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of client, supplier, and commercial contracts.

• Oversee employment-related legal matters under Egyptian law, including disputes, terminations, and litigation strategy.

• Manage external counsel for complex, sensitive, or high-risk matters.

• Support regional expansion initiatives, including cross-border and restructuring considerations.

• Proactively identify and manage legal risks impacting ETIC’s operations.

• Provide structured reporting and escalation to stakeholders, and management in line with governance expectations.
