Job Overview
We are seeking a highly hands-on Stablecoin Projects Lead to handle the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives that drive stablecoin issuance, circulation, and ecosystem growth. This role will actively manage and deliver payment infrastructure, stablecoin platform implementations, and partner integrations, working directly with banks, payment service providers, exchanges, fintechs, custodians, and enterprise clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for turning strategy into execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing delivery roadblocks, managing timelines, and ensuring successful implementation of partner projects from design through go-live.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver strategic payment and stablecoin implementation projects from initiation to launch.
2. Work directly with partners and internal teams to implement APIs, wallet integrations, minting, redemption, settlement, and interoperability capabilities.
3. Drive project execution, track milestones, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
4. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Banking, and Commercial teams to achieve implementation objectives.
5. Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across banks, payment companies, exchanges, and technology partners.
6. Develop project plans, manage risks, report progress, and continuously improve delivery processes and partner onboarding.
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree, majoring in management and economics-related fields.
2. PMP certification required; Agile or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
3. 5+ years of hands-on project delivery experience within payments, banking, fintech, or digital assets.
4. Proven experience implementing payment infrastructure, stablecoin or blockchain platforms, API integrations, and financial technology solutions.
