DL Trading and Hospitality is looking for Sales Executive – B2B (Hotel Industry) in Qatar and UAE
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage B2B sales opportunities within the hotel and hospitality sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, F&B heads, and hotel operations teams
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and client visits across assigned territories
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects using CRM tools
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
• Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Requirements
Experience & Background
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hotel / hospitality industry
• Prior experience in the Middle East market is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory efficiently
Other Requirements
• Valid Driving Licence preferred (for client visits and territory coverage)
• Must be based in or willing to relocate immediately to Dubai or Qatar
• Immediate availability required
