Wegolden is an internationally recognized social trading platform and part of a fast-growing fintech ecosystem. As we continue expanding across the MENA region, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
If you have a proven track record in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry and a passion for leading high-performing sales teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coach team members to maximize productivity and achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry (Mandatory).
• Previous experience in a Sales Team Leader,or similar leadership role.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work onsite in Zahraa Elmaadi, Cairo.
Pay: E£22,000.00 - E£24,000.00 per month
