Electrical Estimating Manager | KSA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities across all disciplines including civil, architectural,

mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works large-scale retail commercial, healthcare, residential and mixed-use projects.
• Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary construction teams including project engineers, site engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure alignment with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies to

optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and control project progress, cost performance, manpower deployment, and material management, implementing corrective measures where required.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, Saudi Arabian labor laws, and contractual obligations at all times.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, quality, and HR departments to ensure adequate resources and

materials are mobilized on time.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports, site updates, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections, coordination meetings, and toolbox talks to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are maintained.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor performance including coordination, monitoring, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, resolving technical and operational challenges in coordination with design consultants and project management.
