PROPOSAL WRITER in the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT reporting to BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Location: EGYPT – CAIRO Status: FULL TIME

POSITION DESCRIPTION We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing compelling, compliant, and persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. This role requires excellent writing, editing, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality submissions under tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and create a clear, compliant, and compelling narrative. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, technical, and operations teams to gather information for proposals. • Write, edit, and format proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements and company branding. • Develop proposal content including executive summaries, technical approaches, budget drafting, management plans, past performance, and resumes in coordination with implanting departments. ??
