Senior Estimation Engineer – Civil
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to understand project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and client proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project conditions and requirements.
• Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
• Manage multiple tenders while ensuring accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. Stay updated with market trends, construction methods, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 10–15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 10 years of UAE construction industry experience.
• Proven experience in construction estimation and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
