Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Qesm El Doki. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training to sales team members, and overseeing sales operations. The role also involves direct customer service and communication with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Qualifications
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to mentor and provide Training to sales team members
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus
