Role Description The Assistant Manager at RoberLabs is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position supports day-to-day operations by coordinating team activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. The Assistant Manager helps manage schedules, prepares reports, and maintains documentation to support decision-making and efficient workflows. The role involves regular communication with internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and assisting in the implementation of policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager also contributes to process improvements, supports staff onboarding and training, and helps maintain a productive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience coordinating tasks and resources across teams.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of project or operations management principles, with the capacity to track progress and prepare clear reports.
• Competence with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort learning new systems.
