Job Title: Filling Station Supervisor (Male – Omani)
Location: Sohar, Oman
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Filling Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our filling station in Sohar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient station operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the filling station.
• Lead, monitor, and support station staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor fuel inventory and coordinate fuel deliveries.
• Oversee cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure the station is clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels of lubricants, accessories, and other retail items.
• Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Omani national (Male).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a filling station, retail, or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Omani driving licence is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Sohar, Oman.
