Role Description The Warehouse Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat. This position is responsible for receiving goods, unloading deliveries, and accurately checking incoming materials against documentation. Day-to-day tasks include organizing stock, packing and labeling items, preparing orders for dispatch, and ensuring efficient material handling throughout the warehouse. The role also involves operating warehouse equipment (such as forklifts, where applicable), maintaining clean and safe work areas, and following all health and safety procedures. The Warehouse Operator collaborates with supervisors and colleagues to meet productivity targets and support smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
• Capability in core warehouse operations, including unloading and material handling.
• Experience with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Competence in forklift operation or other material handling equipment (certification is an advantage).
• Strong awareness of health & safety standards and commitment to safe work practices.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory counting and documentation.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and meet daily operational targets.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred.
