Role Description The Business Development – Corporate Remittance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new corporate clients, focusing on businesses that require cross-border payment and remittance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads through networking and outreach, conducting market research to understand client needs and competitive offerings, and presenting tailored solutions that align with business objectives. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, and providing ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The position also requires preparing proposals, tracking sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, evaluate client requirements, and interpret data for informed business decisions.
• Excellent communication abilities, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging corporate stakeholders.
• Proven lead generation experience, with the ability to identify prospects, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Competence in market research to analyze industry trend
