Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking to excel in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Bahraini Secretary to support our team and ensure seamless daily operations.
The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and coordination duties, ensuring smooth communication and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calls, emails, visitors, and appointments for the GM .
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Support department function .
• Handle EWA applications and renewals.
• Maintain accurate digital and hardcopy records.
• Coordinate internship programs with universities and assist interns through onboarding and completion.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Gender: Female (Bahraini National)
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (Preferable)
✅ Availability: Ready to join immediately or within one month.
✅ Languages: Bilingual – Strong proficiency in English & Arabic.
✅ Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications and office management tools.
• Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
