Required Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years of practical experience, preferably in companies specializing in sanitary equipment trading, building materials, or commercial businesses.
* Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP, particularly the Finance, Inventory, and Purchasing modules.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, and inventory reconciliation.
* Ability to prepare financial reports and perform monthly and annual closing activities.
* Good knowledge of Kuwait’s tax regulations and applicable financial laws.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
* Record daily accounting entries and prepare bank reconciliations.
* Monitor customer and supplier accounts.
* Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.
* Monitor inventory and ensure the accuracy of accounting entries related to sales and purchases.
* Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly and annual closing processes.
* Follow up on accounts receivable and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
* Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.
* Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
