حيث أمتلك خبرة مهنية تمتد لأكثر من 20 عاماً في قطاع المطاعم والأغذية وإدارة العمليات، اكتسبتها من خلال العمل في شركات رائدة محلية وعالمية، مما ساهم في بناء خبرات قوية في الإدارة التشغيلية، المبيعات، التسويق، تطوير الفرق، وتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمالية.
خلال مسيرتي المهنية، عملت لمدة 15 عاماً مع شركة Americana Restaurants ضمن علامة KFC، حيث تدرجت وظيفياً عبر عدة مناصب قيادية حتى وصلت إلى منصب مدير عام مطعم، مع تحقيق نتائج متميزة في إدارة العمليات، تطوير الأداء، رفع مستويات رضا العملاء، وتنمية المبيعات. كما كنت مؤهلاً للترقية إلى منصب مدير منطقة بفضل ما حققته من إنجازات قياديةp وتشغيلية.
كما شغلت مناصب قيادية في Pizza Station بجمهورية مصر العربية، بالإضافة إلى العمل مع شركات محلية متخصصة في صناعة الأغذية، مما أتاح لي فهماً متكاملاً لسلسلة الأعمال الغذائية بدءاً من الإنتاج وحتى تقديم الخدمة للعميل النهائي.
